Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will contact you via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped or produced. If cancelled in time, a full refund is provided. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product is shipped.
Returns

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for returns.

Refunds

Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Candy Bella will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed, and the credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If a refund hasn't been received, customers should first check their bank account and then contact their credit card company and bank, as there might be a processing time before the refund is posted. If the refund is still not received, customers are advised to contact Candy Bella at candybella00025@gmail.com.
